What It's Really Like For Parents...
This short clip gives you a real insight to the lives of so many parents with autistic children, the world they live in and the challenges they face every day. Please do watch it to the end - these families really do need your help.
Here Are Some Of The Organisations We've Helped

Freemantles
What a lovely treat for our Freemantles students during a day out at the Holycombe Steam Fair, Liphook. Students enjoyed exhilarating, authentic steam driven Victorian fairground rides.

Treloars
HAC were thrilled to be able to donate £1k to Treloars, a school and college in Alton providing education to young people with disabilities, for equipment in their physio department.

Freemantles
HAC reaches out to as many worthy causes as possible - 2011 providing no exception with £1,000 to the Special Needs Units at Waverley Abbey School and Badshot Lea Infants School to fund music therapy sessions. £3,500 was given to Freemantles School in Woking, a specialist provision for autistic children in Surrey

Riding For The Disabled
HAC had sufficient funds the end of 2013 to donate to Riding for the Disabled, catering for children aged 4-9 with autism and other disabilities

Sailability
The March 2015 golf day raised £10,000 towards a boat and equipment for our local Sailability Group at Frensham Ponds. Sailability offer individuals who because of their disability require support to sail all within a safe, caring and social environment

Handicamp
The Crystal Ball 2013 raised just over £8,000.00 for Handicamp held at Woodlarks campsite in Farnham

Kilimanjaro
Founders Mark Powis, Paul Findley, Mark Nicholas and Gareth Roberts climbed Kilimangaro raising over £50,000 for HAC in 2011

Autism Assistance Dog
We were delighted to introduce Isabel to Diesel - it was love at first sight! We raised over £7,000 at our spectacular Moon Ball (in conjunction with Over the Moon charity) held at Bury Court. Diesel is trained to recognise and gently interrupt self harming actions and respond to signs of anxiety.

Freemantles
HAC funded 3 terms of tennis sessions to Freemantles students. Andy Warry, a UK tennis professional who ran the programme said "This was one of the most rewarding sessions of the week encouraging students, through sport, to reach their full potential."
Your Support Means So Much...
Getting involved doesn't always mean throwing a huge party or running a large event. At HAC we are most grateful for any type of fund raising.
We can help you with interesting ideas and point you in the right direction for fashion shows, race nights, schools supporting a charity for a term with themed activities or beauty therapy evenings.
