On the tee, representing Support 19
The team at Help Autistic Children is looking forward to yet another great fundraising golf day at Hankley Common Golf Club, on May 2nd, 2018. This course offers not only stunning scenery but a number of extremely challenging holes and is one of the qualifying round courses for The Open Championship.
This year we will be raising funds for Support 19, a charity in Farnham which enables young adults to reach their full potential within the wider society and develop self-esteem and increase their independence. Our goal is to raise enough to money to provide a minibus for them, which will encourage individuals to play an active and full role in the local community.
The golf day will take on the usual format of 7.45 am welcome bacon rolls and coffee, 9.00 am shotgun start, playing 18 holes followed by a delicious lunch, charity auction, and prize presentation. There are also opportunities to sponsor a hole during the event, so this is a great way to entertain clients or network socially, whilst supporting this worthy cause.
